Show Notes

Multi-Award winning singer, song writer and producer VaShawn Mitchell has always been busy not only as a Minister of Music, worship leader and gospel artist, but also helping other up and coming artist get in the industry. With all of that he is also a philanthropist working with the Big Brothers Big Sister organization, his own organization named after his grandfather, the Norman Youth and Arts Foundation and more.

During the pandemic however, VaShawn had to pause then pivoted like many of us; reentering his passion for acting, recording and writing music and going back to school for a degree in Music Business.

We talked about all of that and about his newest release “Lifted Up” that is doing just that across the globe in our interview below. Go to VaShawn’s website for more: vashawnmitchell.com
