Show Notes

Right here from the Motor City!

Thursday night’s “Battle for Family” saw worship bands, choirs, and solo artists all over the states, battle for a chance to record a music video with Fred Hammond while educating viewers about the need for more people to help adopt and foster children. Also, proceeds from the event will benefit vulnerable kids and families right here in Greater Detroit communities through Bethany Christian Services.

Bam Travis was crowned this year’s winner and I had the opportunity to talk to this talented drummer, vocalist and songwriter. Bam shared he and his wife Ashley’s journey during Thursday’s broadcast and said getting involved in Bethany’s “Battle for Family” was a no brainer.
